Time to time, on pauses of your daily activities, it is a good strategy to reflect about what has happened in the past hours, and what we could have done different to face the situations we have experienced. Life is a mix of good and bad experiences, and we have to practise love and compassion to survive and learn something from those experiences.

Think about a person that lives on the streets and you don't know the name. Try to imagine what kind of difficulties a person that lives on such conditions has to experience. Where such person sleeps, when such person eats, how such person takes care of his/her body, what kind of adaptation that body has performed to live in a harsh environment. Is it difficult to put ourselves on that position, isn't it?

Now imagine if that same person starts to be aggressive, to yell out and loud, and to break things on his/her walking path. No matter the reasons that person has had to behave in such an unacceptable way, it is something everyone disapproves.

Next time you face a difficult situation, and deal with an obnoxious person, no matter if that person are on the attempt to test you, to trigger a reaction from your side in order to justify anything, you have to make an effort to remain calm. It is a hard work and such inner peace comes with continuous practise. To achieve inner peace, you have to master your body and mind. To master your body and mind, sometimes you have to experience the bad and the ugly as the life experience you live into requires it. The revelation will come and you will know what you have to do in order to unchain yourself from negativity. A fight stops with peace not with another fight.

Find the light within and spread the bright and vivid colours of love all around. No matter how difficult our life is, with love we may achieve the impossible. You don't have to experience it to know it. It is like the knowledge of fire, you don't need to burn your hand to know fire can hurt. However, when you burn your hand, if you use that knowledge on your favour, you know what to do next time you face the same situation again and again.

The week is just at the beginning, and we all have work to do. Be kind with yourself, be brave, and find love on the small things.

Namaste 💓💓💓💓💓💓💓
