Challenges in life are like stairs: we have to face them, to walk step by step to reach and find out a solution. No matter how big the challenge is or how many steps we should take, if we don't face it we won't make it.

Don't be afraid of a challenge. Challenges are present in our lives to make us realise we are able to achieve the impossible. We have to prevent ourselves to put much attention on the real size of the challenge we are about to face, or we face currently. We should put our attention on the current step, on the present, on the small puzzle we have to solve on the here and now.

Imagine how difficult is to live with a device, which is able to capture a thought, track a geographical location, or stimulate the brain with frequencies associated with negative emotions such as fear, anger, and sadness. A device capable to influence the unconscious mind, to disturb the memory acquisition, to put false memories on the brain, and much more we could not imagine it is capable to do. If we emphasise the capabilities of such awful device, we would not be able to live. The challenge would be too big to face.

If we concentrate our efforts on the challenge itself, on how big or complex that challenge is, we start our quest with no choice but to give up.

if we break our challenge into small steps, and concentrate our efforts just on the current step, which is accessible to us in the present, we have a change to succeed.

To concentrate the efforts on the right perspective, is to open a door to a beautiful and colourful environment, where love and compassion walk hand-to-hand in the direction of the light.
