Raise up. Don't be afraid. Come on, you can do this. You can stand up in the middle of nowhere and get yourself back to your path; back to the way you are; back to life, love, compassion; back to the world. Make a decision.

Sometimes the sound of the rain is out and loud. And it is not just the sound, the volume of water speaks for itself; it is vigorous, it is constant; it is [in some sense] consistent; it places difficulties to anyone whom has decided to come outside and speak up. It is what it is.

Are you afraid to get wet? Are you afraid about what people say when see you wet outside? Are you afraid of the unknown? Are you afraid and you just don't know why? Don't worry, anyone has the rights to be afraid. Relax. Think. Incorporate love.

We can't avoid a raining day but we can deal with it in a proper way. Each raining day is unique. There is no two equal raining days. Sometimes a simple umbrella works and protects ourselves from the water. In other situations, the same protection we have used in the past is not capable to keep up with the strength of the environment. The volume of water is just too strong and we get wet anyway.

We must remind ourselves we have to train our mind to deal with difficulties; to deal with all volume of negativity, the appearance of  darkness from nowhere.

If we embrace the darkness we get part of it. We get drowned in all the negativity that surrounds us. We may get physically injured. We may lose our mind. We may live underwater for a lifetime.

The choice is always ours: to live underwater, or to raise strong, to train our mind, and to get back to the track of our path. We decide our destiny.

Negativity will come and go, light or heavy, we don't know. A positive attitude, with love and compassion within the heart, is a powerful shield against it.

We raise; we walk; we love; we live.
