Find the inner balance. Listen to the heart. The more we pay attention to obnoxious people and the negativity around us, the more we suck all in to transform the in alike the out.

The general goal of obnoxious people is to disturb the balance of their target. They are able to do all kinds of things to disturb the inner balance of a targeted person. The most extreme obnoxious people lose the notion of right or wrong, at a point the "jokes" turn into things we see on movies; the humiliation scenes when the reality imitates the fiction, or maybe, the fiction imitates the reality. The nonsense obnoxious people lose the notion of dignity, respect, human rights. They just want to trigger a reaction, "to validate" their believes, and to have fun if their target struggles with their "jokes".

Inner balance is something we acquire with time and practise. We should be soft at ourselves while on the path of inner balance. Sometimes we get right away in a balanced state. In a tough day it may get a little [or a lot] to achieve the same. There are days where that balanced state is not achieved. That is normal and part of our life.

Like the rocks balanced at the side course of a river, we have to make an effort to find our inner balance in the side course of the river called life. The more we get balanced, the less the agitation on the river is able to disturb us. Love and compassion play an important role on that.

Self-love and self-respect come first, followed by the love and respect towards others. No harm is a mandatory policy, and make peace a ultimate outcome.

To say "I love you" to ourselves, or to someone else, is to recognise the awesomeness we are able to shine.

Not matter how hard is the environment we are inserted into, the more we practise love and compassion, the more we strengthen our mind.
