We need to keep performing our body and mind training in a conscious and meaningful way, cultivating and nurturing the beautiful light we've deep within. We need to realise the path towards personal evolution is extremely hard, and therefore, we need to understand things improve step by step, sometimes at a slow yet smooth pace. When we're in the middle of an environment dominated by darkness, surrounded by illusions promoting clouded and distorted views in the present moment, we need—more than ever—to rely on the self, putting full confidence in our body and mind, together with their capability to sense the type of energy we're dealing with in the scene we're part of. The moment we establish a strong and symbiotic bond between body and mind, it's the moment we understand that even with no ability to attain the highest level of power and peace of mind in the present moment, we know through a genuine and true motivation based on our love nature, we'll reach that unimaginable level, eventually.


Living in the middle of an environment dominated by darkness isn't easy. A conscious mind requires a lot of effort to face darkness and deal with the negative conditioning we're subject to. The worst enemy we've to deal with is indeed our own suffering, which has the power to boost the negative energy we've contact with in the surroundings. Therefore, the main focus of our body and mind training is diminishing and confining the influence of our own suffering on the self until we vanish it through the full understanding of its origin, nature, manifestation, and cessation.


It's clear as crystal how powerful we become when we understand a period of suffering we've experienced, or are experiencing in the present moment. Our self-confidence increases, our inner strength rises, our resilience gets uplifted, and we're able to establish a strong posture, which constitutes a strong foundation, a safe ground we use as a personal refuge to keep walking the path towards a meaningful life and higher levels of peace of mind.


We just need to keep performing our body and mind training focused on the self, converting any type of negative energy (in or out) into motivation to become the best version of ourselves every single day.
