In the middle of a darkest day, where light is absent and the only source of hope is dormant deep within, we need more than ever to rely on the self, keeping consciousness at hand no matter the circumstances. We need to remember we have two wars on the go: one deep within; and another in the surroundings. We cannot deal with the outside properly if we attain no peace deep within. We need to end the internal war regarding the periods of suffering we may experience. We need to end  the internal conflict related to understanding our own suffering. The moment we end the war we've full control of, it's the moment we understand how to face darkness and deal with the war we've no interest in yet have no control to end it once and for all in a meaningful way, spreading love and peace all over the universe.


The main teaching related to the duty of facing darkness is making peace with the self, walking towards the full understanding of our own suffering. It's only when we attain higher levels of peace of mind that we start acquiring the understanding of our duty to face darkness, dealing with the negative conditioning we're subjected to no matter the circumstances. It's extremely important we learn how to recognise the presence of darkness in the surroundings, practising our body and mind training to get neither desperate or surprised upon achieving such recognition.


We need to keep performing our body and mind training to be able to achieve balance, becoming cold as ice and hot as fire. We also need to balance both powers with the capability of being grounded as the roots of a tree, and soft as the air we breathe. As a consequence, we attain the wisdom of using the power of all elements for self-defence only, tapping into the unlimited energy of love deep within to surpass our own limits while stepping into our personal evolution.


While attaining higher levels of peace of mind, manifesting the beautiful light we've deep within makes us realise the unlimited power and the uniqueness of the self. It's only when we experience the full extent of the teaching that says "There's no darkness before light" that we understand how important it's to acquire as much knowledge as we can while stepping into our personal evolution during the journey in the path towards a meaningful life.


The moment we realise no darkness in the entire galaxy has power to diminish the beautiful light we've deep within, it's the moment we understand how unlimited the power of love we were born with is.
