We need to be able to consciously observe the environment we're inserted into, analysing, reasoning, and understanding what we're dealing with deep inside, and what we're facing in the surroundings. It's important to make such a distinction because although they're related, there's a huge depth between in and out and the consequences of the deterioration of the self that can cause during our life journey. The more we realise and understand our own suffering, the better we can face darkness in the surroundings, understanding anything on the outside has no power over the self without our own permission. As a consequence, if we perform our body and mind training, getting prepared to defend the self against any type of negativity heading towards our direction, there's no reason to fear anything no matter the circumstances.

When we've certainty of what we're doing, we start observing anything from a positive perspective, which enables the self to extract priceless pieces of knowledge from any situation we've to experience in the present moment. No matter how strong the illusions we've contact with are, we can develop the capability of becoming stronger than those illusions, using our third eye to wisely see the opportunities of cultivating and nurturing the beautiful light deep within.

We've to be prepared for harsh and unfair situations along the path. It's naive—and part of a deep period of suffering—to expect fairness, kindness, and compassion while in the middle of an environment dominated by darkness. We need to be prepared for the worst, and by doing that, we experience and aim for the best in every single situation we're part of.

It's time to wake up to see things as they really are. Let's put romanticisation aside. We need to take responsibilities but, at the same time, be totally sure of not being responsible for everything happening in the environment we're inserted into.

The moment we wake up, it's the moment we start understanding what we need to be prepared for.
