Pause and wait. Expect and hope. When associated with periods of suffering they represent side effects of not being focused on the present moment, implying in putting our mind either in the past or in the future. The moment we realise frustration feeds on expectations that get not fulfilled, it is the moment we understand that we may expect but not get frustrated if, otherwise, our path leads us to another direction. Peace of mind is what we need as the foundation of our understanding. If it is love that we cultivate, nurture, generate, and disseminate from the inside out, it is love we get back as the result of being resonating on the same vibe and path of light.

It gets more and more clear and vivid that when we cultivate and nurture love within, we are able to resonate such love that matches with another vibration in the air, eventually. It is a natural consequence of being aligned with our own nature, which leads us to deal with life using a kind, compassionate, and non-judgemental attitude towards the self and others.

Love, sometimes, gets manifested in different ways that may not be observed through our naked eyes. Therefore, we need consciousness, peace of mind, and our third eye to see the traces we were not able to observe before, even when our live vessel was absorbing such good and cheerful energy. The green, blue, white, or any other colour caring good intentions and astonishing joyful actions are welcome.

Are we experiencing love? The answer is yes when our mind gets calm, our heart warm, and such energy boosts our capability to surpass our own limits. Once in a while we are not able to express in words what we are feeling. However, it is important that we do not transform our current inability into frustration, and therefore, a period of suffering.

Everything gets aligned, in time. There is no need to rush to an achievement we are able to feel and see through our third eye in the present moment.
