Dealing with suffering is an ancient and personal duty, which, unfortunately, has been conditioned for centuries in a negative way, seeking and glorifying perfection instead of understanding. We face an era of illusion, where there are more unique combinations to characterise the same ‘psychological disease’ than stars in the milky way [1], together with the invalidation of the theory of chemical imbalance that justifies the use of drugs for psychological treatment [2]. We experience a moment of generalised speculation, differing from personal understanding promoted by Buddha, the enlightened one. Therefore, the more we seek knowledge, the more we open our third eye to the presented scene.

It is clear as crystal that we need our consciousness to deal with difficulties and challenges we experience in the present moment. We face a growth of darkness that dictates the chaotic environment we live in, observing from wars to violations of human rights, and all with no apparent solution. The question is no more about what we have to do but if what we do is right or wrong when compared to our love nature.

I cannot impose you to do anything, as you are also not in a position to do the same with me. We have a natural alignment with our love nature but the moment we give ourselves to negative conditioning, and its associated outcome, we experience suffering without noticing it at the moment of its occurrence.

The more we let the self to be distant from knowledge, the more we enter a room of acceptance with no understanding.
