It is a flashlight that we see the moment we open up, disseminating the beauty of our love nature generated from the inside out. An astonishing smile we get enchanted by. A wonderful body we get to admire. A strong will power we manifest when focused on enhancing the self through our body and mind training. Flowers are born from the soil. Flowers, which are spreading the warm and positive energy of love. We grow on our own but we share the priceless love, which cultivates and nurtures life all along.


Life is what we get to take care of from the beginning. Life, the priceless gift we have received the moment we start to be what we were meant to be. Life, the result of our highest and beautiful manifestation of power. 


When we are focused on caring about life as the ultimate goal, suffering becomes something we need to understand in order to diminish it within our own perspective and relativity. The moment we step into a period of suffering we may experience and observe a distorted perspective of the scene we are inserted into. Negative emotions may overcome the positive ones. Negative conditioning may drive the actions and reactions performed in the present moment. The bad side of the scene starts to be more important than the positive one. Therefore, we get imprisoned in the loop of suffering. The only way to break out from it is by using our consciousness and the unlimited power of love we have inside.


Resilience. Strength. Robustness. Life and light. A smile has a huge transformation power, and it is based on it that we start to cultivate our light from the inside out.


The moment we realise how powerful our smile is, it is the moment we understand light is all about experiencing love from our roots.

The simple act of gossiping with the goal of imposing additional difficulties in the life of another is a Neo-Nazi influence that passes almost unnoticed to our naked eyes.
