There was a time when in childhood I believed [out of understanding] in illusions to comfort the self, hiding negativity we experience in life such as the presence of Santa Claus, or the idea that Rabbits were leaving chocolate eggs during Easter time. Just in the moment we free ourselves from the negative conditioning we have received, we are able to realise life in our own perspective and relativity is a way different than waiting for Christmas gifts, or finding chocolate eggs. The clearance point of understanding occurs when we have contact with the limits defining the beginning of cruelty. In that moment where facing challenges could turn out to be unbearable for an unprepared mind, it is the moment we understand whether we are prepared to face any challenge life presents to us.

The key point is the higher intelligence, and how we use it in our favour. Embracing suffering represents the vanishing of higher intelligence, while engaging a hard period of mind training represents the clear presence of it, side by side with the real possibility to step into suffering again. Cruelty could only be faced with a higher level of consciousness and peace of mind, implying also the contact with things we may not have been prepared to properly. The more we prepare the self to use the higher intelligence in our favour, the more we have to get prepared to observe, analyse, understand, and control our own suffering.

If you are struggling no matter the reason, I could say it is time to put your consciousness at hand to understand what happens within the self, and what you think is triggering your own suffering. We have to understand by our own efforts that anything on the outside is out of our control, and the more we lack mind training, the less we are prepared to provide a good response as a result of the establishment of our own struggling avoidance strategy.

We may find out that some knowledge we have received is not aligned with our love nature. We may realise illusions fabricated by our own mind, and dictated by the negative conditioning we were trapped in, are hiding the true face and colours of the challenge we are facing in the present moment. We may feel empty, heavy, or even exhausted to deal with variations of the same scene again, and again, picturing, recognising, and experiencing obnoxious situations here, or there. However, suicide is NEVER a way out.

Living a life out of all luxury and comfort is always better than throwing our life away, or being dependent on the outside regarding our own ability to make decisions. Every time we are struggling, we have to think about our life, and how we can improve it with no need for something we have no access to within our own perspective and relativity. You would be surprised that training mind and body are two things we can do with little or no money at hand.

The moment we realise how to recognise the presence of higher intelligence, and how we could take advantage of it, it is the moment we understand resilience begins with the simple understanding that our life has no price, and it is not exchangeable by anything, including another life.
