It is clear as crystal we could not control nature, weather, or anything outside the self. It is clear as crystal the need of learning how to adapt to changes in the environment conditions, becoming stronger, faster, wiser, and resilient to the unknown, and any flaw we get aware about. It is certain we would step into a period of suffering unless we learn how to adapt, acquiring as much knowledge as we can from any situation we experience. By the accumulation of experience and knowledge, the use of consciousness, and the master key of wisdom, we enhance our peace of mind and get prepared to face anything, anytime, and at any circumstances.
We get conditioned to be afraid of the shadow of suffering, moments of loneliness, and the need to face a difficult challenge by our own efforts with the help of no one but our own consciousness. We may get used to having all the support required to perform anything we enrol in, even if such a support is just an illusion of the mind, a strategy fabricated by a period of suffering from where the fear of abandonment is latent. The difficulties we experience, the challenges we face, and the strategy we adopt according to what is in the surroundings may generate a feeling of disappointment, which may imply thoughts in the direction of giving up everything we are doing in the present moment. That negative result is most awaited by the shadow of suffering, and that is why we need practising our mind and body training to get prepared to continue walking towards the path of a meaningful life.
Sometimes we may think we are out of reality to make efforts to enhance the self, facing challenges, and not embracing a period of suffering where everything seems to be in cooperation, and aligned with a chaotic situation established. Sometimes we may get stimulated to think we do not stand a chance against suffering, as the fabricated illusions are so powerful, funny, and delightful from an outside perspective that we forget the unlimited power we have inside, which is accessed just in the moments we achieve peace of mind.
Buddha, the enlightened one, has already disseminated wonderful teachings about the importance of achieving peace of mind, and how beneficial it is to the self. The moment we realise achieving peace of mind is transforming intelligence into wisdom, it is the moment we understand such transformation is a step by step lifetime journey to cope with the impermanence of the universe itself.
