Peace of mind could be learned, acquired, and achieved, becoming visible, replicable, trustworthy, dependable, resilient, and offering response guarantees within the imposed space and time constraints. There is nothing that could reach the benefits offered by a peaceful mind, as such a state resonates deep in the self, influencing from mind strengthening and endurance to physical enhancement and power. Everything is ruled, controlled, and monitored by the self, becoming available tools to be used as we please, no matter what we are facing on the outside. The moment we realise the natural beauty of a peaceful mind, it is the moment we understand what such a huge unlimited power needs ancient wisdom to be acquired and used, preventing darkness to perform another step into peaceful ground.


Buddha, the enlightened one, the ancient figure with a huge knowledge about ways of dealing with suffering, is the image that represents the wonderful achievements a peaceful  mind could perform, all characterised within our own perspective and relativity. It is through our natural peace of mind state, which is imprinted into our love nature, that we are able to observe a situation as it is, using our analytical skills to understand what happens in the present moment. Step by step we are able to acquire peaceful states of mind, one after another, recognising the flaws of the previous and the benefits of the current. Try to pay attention to your mind, and the different states its enrols in during your life path, and you could obtain your own conclusions about what I am talking about.

There is no other way to experience the unlimited power of love, which is manifested through the achievement of peace of mind, rather than performing our mind training, as indicated through the ancient knowledge left by Buddha himself. However, one wrong interpretation we could have about the achievement of peace of mind is disregarding the connection between mind and body. Mind training requires energy from the body, and body training requires concentration from the mind, establishing a bond, a symbiosis that when well used could imply in the experience of wonderful results for both. As we could imagine, if we have a connection beneficial to the self, attacking one side may influence the deterioration of the other, and vice-versa. That is why it is important to enhance our defences against negativity that may affect mind and body, isolated or altogether.


The moment we realise the purpose of achieving peace of mind, which is totally related to the fact of using higher intelligence to enhance our love nature instead of embracing suffering, it is the moment we understand why it is rare to see achievements to higher peaceful states of mind.
