The moment awareness is incorporated for self-enhancement, it is the moment we start being prepared to perform our mind training, and facing any challenge life presents to us, anytime, anywhere. The presence of higher intelligence starts to be recognised on the scene. Different gifts are left in the surroundings, letting wisdom enable an act of awakening to decide which one we could open to remain in our possession. The more we use our consciousness to take the call, the more we enhance the self, being prepared to unlock and achieve the next level of our peace of mind.


When we get aware about what happens within the self, and in the surroundings, we could enter into a relaxed state representing our commitment to our well-being. We can take a moment of rest, expecting challenges to be faced but aware we can do it in the present moment. As an impermanent state, peace of mind has to be cultivated, nurtured, and improved, implying a step by step evolution towards the acquisition of knowledge required to rule our own mind.


Higher intelligence becomes an asset instead of an illusion. Wisdom transforms itself into a usable tool instead of an ancient relic. And consciousness represents the master key to open the gates of evolution, enabling the self to observe, analyse, and understand higher intelligence is only anonymous and hidden when a period of suffering has been experienced.

Buddha, the enlightened one, has emphasised in his teachings the need of keeping the adaptation of our mind training to what we are experiencing in the present moment, within our own perspective and relativity. It implies each one of us has to evaluate what the best strategy we could adopt to deal with challenges we are facing, which has to account for the specific details of the current scene being experienced.


The moment we realise taking rest is also part of our mind training, it is the moment we understand how beneficial it is to achieve higher levels of peace of mind.
