Imagine we are in a situation where we get in touch with a living being different from the self. What would be the first thing we could do? A conscious mind would be curious to learn more about how to become aligned with such a living creature, exchanging experiences and knowledge from the perspective and relativity of anyone, or anything present in the scene. A mind in suffering, otherwise, would like to control another, making sure it does not represent a threat to the current desires imposed. The moment we realise what approach we use within our own perspective and relativity, it is the moment we understand how to recognise one important trace indicating we have stepped into a period of suffering.
Exchange of knowledge is one of the most beautiful characteristics presented by a conscious mind, which enrols in such a delightful activity the moment it has the clear goal of evolution aligned with our love nature, care about life, cultivation and nurturing about wellness, and the establishment of a strong connection between body and mind. The idea of being aligned with the universe, paying attention to the strong connection we have with nature, and every sentient being, is not new; it is ancient. With the passage of years we have been influenced by a negative conditioning that lacks care about the cultivation and nurture of the connection between body and mind, much derived by the misuse of our own intelligence for activities in the benefits of the self. The moment we stop training our body and mind we become lazy, accommodated, dependent, and unprepared to face challenges life presents to us. An easy target to suffering, and any negative consequence derived from it.
Have you asked yourself: what could you do to improve your own capabilities with the current resources at hand? Have you thought about how beneficial it is to the self to step into a progressing wheel of adaptation, enhancing the natural characteristics and capabilities of our live vessel? Have you thought about how mind training could open our third eye to see the world from a different, and wider perspective, than the one experienced by our naked eyes? Take time to think about those aforementioned questions, no matter what you are experiencing within your own perspective and relativity at the present moment.
From the Buddha's teachings we could extract wonderful knowledge that says the impossible is a challenge no one has overcome, or has shared knowledge about how to do it.
