Trust no one but our own perceptions of the world, it is a teaching Buddha has left to us. It does not mean we should have no trust in anyone but it means we should believe in ourselves, in our own senses, our power to observe, investigate, analyse, and understand every situation we are experiencing. We should not let ourselves down by negative charges of the environment, as what we expect is, sometimes, not what we are able to get.

It is clear as crystal we should perform our mind training to be able to recognise the true nature of every situation we face. To perform such recognition we need time, a vivid observational perspective, and a non-judgemental posture to acquire all information required to make a decision by our own, with no external interference and with the clearance of a conscious and awakened mind.

We have to believe in love, and in its transformation power. We have to give love to be prepared to receive it back. We have to understand sometimes we are in an environment where negative charges are so high that our source of light works just to keep us awake and conscious, while we are in the search for an alternative path in the direction of light, with more moments of kindness and compassion within our lifetime journey.

We have to remain conscious to recognise the meaning of all events, all attitudes, all actions we experience in life. It may take time to be awakened and realise everything we have experienced prepared ourselves to open our third eye, to understand there is no reality or truth outside our own relativity and perspective.

We have to be conscious and believe we can make decisions by our own, to search for love on our own terms, facing our states of suffering with little or no grasping attitude, an impermanent, short and conscious observation of our own fears and frustrations.

The moment we realise we have to believe in ourselves, and our capability to remain conscious, it is the moment we trade our fears and frustrations by a huge amount of hope in our lifetime journey towards the light.

The secret is always on our motivation to thrive, and therefore, the motivation to trespass any barrier imposed, no matter the circumstances.
