Let us surpass all the obstacles life presents to us with the energy of love inside. Let us face the difficulties with heads up, understanding their position but not accepting their disposition, as something static in an impermanent universe. Let us move towards the light, the element of love, the great happiness all around.

Difficulties in life are something we have to face during our lifetime journey in this world called Earth. It is by understanding the difficulties we can decide whether to accept them, to see the configuration of a static nature in the middle of an impermanent universe, a forced paradox promoted by darkness, full of negativity.

Each one of us has to face different difficulties in our journey, rocks with different sizes and formats, which may be different but may also have similar meanings and purposes. We have to look to difficulties not as something we are afraid of, something we have no strength to lift up, to move to the side of our forward movement. We have to understand if we cannot get on terms with the difficulties we are facing, we have to develop the required strength to kindly put them aside or jump to let them back.

While we get stuck, spending time and effort, and using the wrong strategy for dealing with the difficulties presented to us, we experience the imprisonment in a state of suffering, which only by understanding we are able to get out.

Consciousness is the key to ignite the engine of love inside ourselves. Consciousness is the eyes, the ears, the mouth, and the touch promoting kindness and compassion all around. Consciousness is the foundation of investigation, analysis, reasoning, and understanding of everything we face, everything we have contact with, including the hidden secrets deep inside.

It is with consciousness we start the understanding of the current configuration of the universe. It is with consciousness we realise we are able to change our position the moment we understand there is no reason to be afraid to try.
