Everything we observe in life can be observed by a different perspective, a different angle, from a positive point of view or from a negative intention. It is our duty to recognise the negative energy within the environment, to keep our heart warmed, pumping, believing in the power of love. It is our duty to recognise we cannot control other people, their actions, scenes, intentions, motivations to harm, humiliate, making another an object of laugh. It is our duty to keep an open mind, recognising and viewing the light in the middle of a darkest place.

We have to recognise we should stop worrying about the opinion, point of view, or criticism from people whom do not value our words, actions, or good intentions. We have to recognise it is a waste of time and energy to pay attention to negative intentions, actions, or fabricated scenes intended to make us feel bad, diminishing our confidence, a hidden and indirect attack towards our self.

We have to recognise there are always players and spectators at every scene, every performance we come to see or participate, free of charge or with an announced price. It is with consciousness we keep a controlled distance from negativity, setting no expectations from every situation we face. It is with consciousness we are able to recognise: right or wrong intentions, harm or no harm of a sentient being, are things not defined by what the majority do, but by the positive or negative charges such things make to life itself.

We have to recognise no matter how good our actions or intentions are, there is always someone in a state of suffering to criticise and diminish what we do. It is our duty to recognise such state of suffering and let it go enrolled with the natural impermanence of the universe.

The moment we realise one huge source of suffering is the expectation we have from the environment we live, and from the people we have contact with, it is the moment we perform another step in the direction of light, out of the path that leads to suffering itself.
