There are times we look for answers everywhere. We put everything down to dig into our desires, dilemmas, fears, impressions. While on the journey of discovery we may get scared about what we see, and how true nature of reality is presented to us. We may see no answer at hand but it is there, all the time. We have just to open up our beautiful eyes.

We have the tendency to think the grass of the neighbour is greener than ours, and to value more the accomplishments of the outside than our own. That tendency brings us fear, a feeling that walks hand-to-hand with negativity and frustration. A feeling, which may step on the break of our creativity. A feeling, which may cause disturbances to think clearly.

We have to calm our mind and to think about all the options we have at hand, anytime, anywhere. The difficulty is not to think about all the options but to choose the right one without regret. The difficulty is not to take a lot of time and energy to make a decision but to be sure the decision we have made has been worth the effort. The difficulty is not to calm our mind but to choose the right foot to step outside. The difficulty is to fear what comes from the next corner of the path we walk.

Fear without control may end up in sadness and madness. Fear with control is just something to put us in an alert mode, to wake up our primitive instincts to be prepared for the unknown. We fear what we cannot control but how about to control what we have no reasons to fear: ourselves. How about to incorporate, even if it is just for a small fraction of time, the confidence to say: Yes, I am capable! How about to put down the fear and the doubts, and to get ready to thrive our skills.

In the Star Wars fictional reality there is also a master and an apprentice, no more, no less. In real life, we are all apprentices of life and masters of our own mind.

It’s important we get prepared to apply defensive manoeuvres any time, anywhere, and at any circumstances. Although the majority of us live in an environment where internal conflicts and wars are somehow not so close, dealing with dishonest, dishonoured, and deceptive people and behaviours requires us to be ready for facing and dealing with anything before us. That’s why it’s important to learn how to survive outside civilisation, where danger and threats aren’t limited to facing and dealing with minds in suffering. Inside a Jungle, a desert, or any other place where traces of civilisation are little or non-existent, the restrainment of resources (e.g., food and fresh water), as well as the presence of other animals in the surroundings (e.g., spiders, big snakes, jaguars, lions, tigers, and so on)---which may see us as a prey—become big concerns far more urgent than dealing with dishonest, dishonoured, and deceptive presence of minds in suffering in the surroundings. Thus, the mo...

When our purpose is genuine and crystal clear, there’s nothing that can stop us to attain that goal, not even a strong source of negativity surrounding us. The secret is always on our motivation to thrive, and therefore, the motivation to trespass any barrier imposed, no matter the circumstances. We can think of it as a serious game; a game of life where we’ve no additional spare lives, which implies that every move counts either towards our goal or backwards to somewhere else. When we get used to so much negativity in the surroundings, and start realising it was there for much longer than we may be aware of, we start questioning everything. It’s in this darkest time that we need to look deep within to realise and understand we aren’t what the outside may project about us but what we feel of getting totally aligned with our love nature and fulfilling the mission we’re assigned when we were born. Let’s forget about others and focus on making sure love spreads all around, even if, ...

The Neo-Nazi ideology is already deep in the roots of our current society, and as part of our culture and way of life, it’s dictating and conditioning what people see as normal behaviour in some social spaces. The simple act of gossiping with the goal of imposing additional difficulties in the life of another is a Neo-Nazi influence that passes almost unnoticed to our naked eyes. Stopping and diminishing those behaviours related to Neo-Nazi ideologies is the way of facing darkness and dealing with the negative conditioning we’re subjected to in a conscious and meaningful way. No darkness has power to obfuscate the natural light we’ve deep within. We just need to find a way of cultivating and nurturing our light to be influenced and conditioned by darkness no more. Suicide is not a way out. We need to learn how to live a meaningful life with the duty of facing darkness and dealing with its presence in the surroundings in a conscious and meaningful way. That’s the path towards our person...
