Every single day we have to fill up our inner mug with good vibes and intentions. We have to smile, to feel comfortable, to be happy with ourselves and with what we already have accomplished.

Our own mind is almost impossible to understand by force or negativity. It is a well-defended fortress, which the great secrets and treasures are hidden inside, in a place of no place and in a state of no state. The access is granted by only one mystic and ancient key: self-compassion.

Self-compassion is a marvelous tool of understanding. It is to feel the warm touch of our own words towards others; it is to feel happiness with small simple things; it is to enjoy the simple fact of life; it is to care with no regrets, and to love with no boundaries.

To be compassionate is to be aware and conscious of understanding. It is to understand we have no answer for all the questions asked, but even so, we find a solution to support the lack and the search of unaccessed knowledge. Compassion enables us to exercise our power of empathy, to put ourselves on the shoes of others, to let them know they are not alone.

The experience of life is an experience of no experience, and an observation of no observation. It is a huge paradox only visualised when we go deep in ourselves, within the walls of our fortress.

The moment we realise the experience of life is to observe and to be observed at the same time, it is the moment we are able to free ourselves from our own ignorance, to observe our own behaviour from within and without.
