When we are conscious of the path we are following, sometimes we walk alone, as we are the few who know how to observe, recognise, and understand the difference between right or wrong. It is clear as crystal that using intelligence during a period of suffering, which implies brainless and conditioned acts of chaos, promotes just more suffering, worshipping darkness itself. It is enough for a conscious mind to see intelligence being used that way. We need more wisdom, and we need intelligence being used to promote the care about life aligned with our love nature. The moment we realise that, it is the moment we recognise and understand intelligence promoting suffering is not intelligence at all.

When we step into the path of a meaningful life, walking that path makes it easy to recognise and understand the value of life, and the intrinsic respect by the personal space of another. Brainless and conditioned actions are not part of the path we are following, making us distant ourselves from any movement that performs that kind of actions. It is much more beneficial to the self to be conscious of what we are doing, being sure of the related consequences, which implies thinking before acting meaninglessly.

The idea of performing body and mind training is all about ruling our mind to keep consciousness at hand, preventing stepping into a period of suffering to do conditioned and unconscious actions all along. The more we perform our training, the more we are able to control the self, walking a path where nothing wrong is manifested to the outside. Negativity gets confined and diminished, i.e., we step into a path of evolution to use intelligence through wisdom.

The moment we realise why it is important to keep consciousness at hand no matter the circumstances, it is the moment we understand how to differentiate the dirty intelligence of darkness, which implies a deep period of suffering, from the intelligence plus wisdom that is aligned with our love nature.
