Even in the middle of challenging waters, where we have to be very careful about our actions and reactions, we can take advantage of the size and the strength of the waves. We can use such energy to do something good, i.e., diminishing darkness, at least, within our own perspective and relativity. Sometimes we have to learn not only how to swim but also how to fly. It is not always that we can directly face the waters' strength. When we learn how to fly, we can observe from a distinguished angle where we can have more opportunities, and how to use our uniqueness to cultivate and nurture our love nature.
It may be simple gestures performing in a negative way that indicates the presence of a period of suffering. It may also be simple gestures exceeding and exaggerating the kindness towards others that indicates the presence of a period of suffering. We may think it is difficult to recognise a period of suffering because of such nuances but it is actually very easy for a conscious mind to do so. The easy spot is the answer of the following question: What are the benefits of a negative behaviour to the environment the observed scene is inserted into?
By answering the aforementioned question we have a clear view regarding the conditioning, exploration, promotion, and dissemination of behaviours associated with periods of suffering. If, by any chance, behaving in a negative way has become a cultural trait, suffering and negative conditioning are deep within the roots of the society we are inserted into, implying that it is based on the values promoted by hatred culture. Being aware of that is precious knowledge, good as gold.
