Directions and orientations are obtained by a conscious mind from within. We use ancient tools based on knowledge and mind training to recognise the path towards a meaningful life and the presence of darkness all along. There is no need for high technology to do that. On the contrary, behaviours aside from our love nature are the first indicators we are dealing with suffering, and therefore darkness is in the vicinity hidden somewhere. We need just to open our third eye to apply the same principle to every activity we do, adapting such kind of pattern recognition to the domain we are inserted into. The more we do it, the less a period of suffering impacts negatively the self, and the better we can deal with the posed uncertainty.

There is no benefit to embracing the negative conditioning we have contact with. Instead, it is much more beneficial to the self performing the pattern recognition of behaviours aside from our love nature. It is something no one has to teach us, as we know by heart what love is, and what love is not. It does not mean we need to get away from environments or people when we recognise such patterns. It means we have to be aware and awake to the consequences of such behaviours, which promotes nothing but chaos and suffering all along. Learning how to apply self-defence manoeuvres is what we need to combine with consciousness at hand.

A conscious mind takes the opportunity to navigate on challenging waters to learn faster how to adapt to such situations, improving our strategies to deal with similar difficulties in distinguished contexts and moments. It is all in the details observed from our own perspective and relativity. The more we are awake to fulfil such requirements of our mind training, the more we can keep consciousness at hand no matter the circumstances.

Minds in suffering are able also to recognise the presence of a conscious mind in the scene. Sometimes, the chaotic behaviour would escalate in order to take conscious ones out of balance, expecting those conscious ones to embrace the chaos being promoted and experienced by the majority. Those moments are the easiest to either lose balance or strengthen our mind.

The moment we realise how to walk the path towards a meaningful life on top of challenging waters, it is the moment we understand the magnitude and the extension of the power our conscious mind is able to achieve.
