We have to remember the harsh environments, and the obnoxious situations we experienced to understand similar situations we may experience in the present moment. In the past, we may have fallen into the trap of suffering, following the illusion fabricated by the mind, and influenced by the dishonoured behaviour we have faced. Our biggest challenge is not facing the situation at all, but ruling the mind to support seeing the dishonour, injustice, and unfairness at the sight of our third eye without stepping into a period of suffering ourselves. If we have the opportunity to get into the same environment, facing the same obnoxious situation we have faced in the past, what would happen? In an opportunity like that, consciousness has to be at hand, suffering has to be out of the table, and therefore peace of mind becomes the most trustful asset we have available.

In a harsh environment, and in an obnoxious situation, which is by nature a discriminatory scenario, we have to keep our body and mind training on check to face anything coming into our direction. It is clear as crystal that the biggest challenge we face is ruling the self to control the manifestation of negative emotions within, derived from acts of dishonour, injustice, and unfairness our third eye reports to the mind. Understanding the contribution of what we observe in the vicinity is one important piece of the puzzle to understand how a dishonoured environment is promoted, propagated, and disseminated all around.

Unfortunately, alone, from the heart of our perspective and relativity, we have not much to do against what we are able to observe. One thing we can do, and we have to, is understanding what dishonour, injustice, and unfairness represent to the self. These three concepts imply, isolated or together, a set of common behaviour we would have contact with. Sometimes more chaotic, and sometimes peaceful like a kind and compassionate talk we may offer through our love nature to the self, or another.

Dishonour, injustice, and unfairness are at the heart of triggering suffering to the self. These three concepts are the pillar of darkness, dictating every single action we may have knowledge about. Everything is based on dishonour, injustice, and unfairness, and nothing is what we can do to change that.

By understanding Buddha's teachings we may get into the face of the tough question: Is suffering caused by the promotion of dishonour, injustice, or unfairness we observe on the outside? Besides being a tough question, we eventually realise the answer is a simple 'No'. Why? Because the answer we are looking for is related to what dishonour, injustice, and unfairness represent to the self.
