Negative conditioning has a signature of suffering, which is signed with the certificate of chaos, self-generated by the certification authority with required clearance for driving the unconscious mind to the illusion of safety and security. It has the power to corrupt the mind, the body, and cloud the love nature we have inside. It is almost untraceable and undetectable, as it represents the following of a behaviour the unconscious mind has no idea about corruption. It is just by using consciousness we can see clearly through our third eye the movement of shutting down the light, fabricating the illusion that surrounds suffering. The unconscious mind follows a corrupted microcode that processes the illusion our naked eye is able to see. However, our consciousness is capable of being the watchdog of the mind, facing what cannot be faced if we keep the self imprisoned in a period of suffering.

If we do not open our mind to get conscious about what happens within the self, and the surroundings, there is a higher probability we would step into a period of suffering, eventually. Embracing suffering, and having no consciousness about that, represents the living of an illusion where we may feel safe and secure but, in fact, we are vulnerable the most. Why?

The answer is clear as crystal: the moment we believe we are in a safe and secure environment we feel relaxed to put our defences down, having little or no concern about our body and mind training, and therefore the cultivation of our love nature. The environment provides everything we need, and we feel good about that.

What may represent a wonderful symbol of sovereignty towards the mind and the actions the self is able to perform, turns out to be part of a fabricated scene, collapsing the entire system by investing the majority of resources to keep things "as they are". The illusions of the mind that Buddha, the enlightened one, mentioned in his teachings are the interpretation of anything we see, hear, read, or experience as we want to be, and not as they really are.

If we read a text with some words that are similar to what we are experiencing in the present moment, and we want to interpret it to keep the self into our comfort zone, our suffering mind will do it with no doubt. However, the moment we use our consciousness to realise and understand the true meaning of the words we are reading, which sometimes we cannot obtain out of the words and motivation of the author, our interpretation turns to be an illusion itself, with no proof about anything we derive from. A belief generates another belief, and at the end, we use the lack of understanding as the truth we experience and follow.

Are you struggling? Cultivate the love nature you have inside as the most precious thing you have at hand. Are you feeling sad? Value your strengths the most, being able to diminish the weaknesses as soon as you can. Are you feeling alone? Remember: walking alone towards the path of a meaningful life is better than walking embracing illusions and suffering all around.

The truth is there to be seen by our third eye, and we have the power to decide whether we want to see it as they are, or as we would like them to be.
