No matter the environment we are inserted into, we have to establish a proper foundation to build our home, safe and sound. It means we have to keep performing our body and mind training, stepping into a path of evolution to make the self capable of facing anything, independently of the moment, place, or circumstances. The idea is strengthening the love nature we have inside, the kind and compassion character, but without losing the ability of self-defence against anything coming into our direction, such as defending what we have been built for a long time, e.g.  a Buddha's statue. Silence is a great tool we have at hand, and speaking the truth is another. The outside can put no value on our words, and it is something we have no power to control. However, if we close our eyes, and turn our back to a problem constantly coming into our direction, like attempts to destroy a Buddha's statue, letting negativity consume anything before our third eye, we are just embracing suffering with the illusion we keep peace of mind, and balance on check.

What is the most valuable thing we have at hand? If we think about our life, we have the proper answer. Now, imagine we are living, enhancing education, acquiring knowledge, and every place we go there is someone trying to tear everything we have been built in such a place down. What could we do against it? Does embracing suffering, and acting in a conditioning and unconscious way, help? Is keeping hiding, putting aside education, body and mind training, a good strategy? Is accepting being a slave of anything controlling the envrionment on the outside the only option? Those are tough questions we have to think about.

If we value our life the most, we have to remember that we need a proper foundation to live, no matter where we are established. We could only establish a proper foundation through educating the self, including performing our body and mind training. In ancient times, monks have been travelling long distances to places where they could establish their home. They have built monasteries, Buddha's statues, and developed martial arts techniques for self-defence. If we could not establish a proper foundation in one place, we have to keep searching until we can. However, we have to remember we need to acquire the proper knowledge, which may imply enrol into proper education, to be able to defend the self against anything coming into our direction, like monks have done with their monasteries.

If we consider the self, our name, and our life part of our foundation, we have to remember that we can step away from meaningless actions, but we have to be prepared to defend the self against anything coming into our direction, and with the power to tear our life apart, as trying to harm another is an out of mind act.
