There is no need for panic. No need to turn your life into a live samsara's bubble of suffering. No need to end up your life because you see no short-term, short-distance solution close to your hands. Even if you are alone; even if you feel and experience lonely deep inside; even if you have noone to turn into on the most difficult times; you have one person that is always there: YOURSELF.
Look to the picture and the representation of the environment. Look to the green life that grows there. There are rocks around; the soil is composed of sand; and even so, there is life, a green and vivid one.
In life we may have been surrounded by negativity. We may experience difficulties, physically and emotionally. We may have the desire to be somewhere else; to snap our fingers and wake up within an environment full of love and compassion.
Think with yourself: when someone is not respectful with you; when you constantly receive a unfair treatment; even when your rights are violated in front of your eyes, and you have no power to enforce the law. Is all of that your fault? Do you have to blame yourself for things you can't control? Do you have to throw out your life because of a negative and harsh environment? Definitely, NOT.
Of course it is difficult to show kindness, love, and compassion within a negative and harsh environment. It is a daily exercise you have to practise. There are days that be kind will be more difficult than in others. That is normal. We are not perfect. We may fail sometimes. That is part of the evolution process. You need just to practise more, not to end up your life because of negative attitudes of others. Those attitudes are their problem not yours.
Be kind as much as possible, mainly to yourself. Cultivate self-care, self-love, self-respect. Don't transform yourself into a mirror that reflects the negative image that surrounds you; that is what the negative environment expects from you.
Look inside and see the light, the vivid life you have. You are important. You are one beautiful life on this planet. You are precious, and you shine a bright light.
