It is not a text to present a new teaching about something in the world that is not working properly, and we could do something to change instead of just accept the continuous grown of hatred culture. It is about me, you, and all human beings around the globe whom one day have thought their actions can't make any difference. His holiness, the 14th Dalai Lama, is used to say: If you think you are too small to make a difference, try to sleep in a room with a mosquito. What kind of action should we take? Do we need to start an organised movement? The answer is: not at all. The difference we can promote is very simple and you can start anytime and anywhere: Love yourself. Love your child. Be kind.

We need love. We need compassion. We need understanding. We need peace. If we impose all of that, we will end up in the same place hatred culture wants us to be. It has to be a self-conscious action. An inner desire to be a better person today than you were yesterday. I can't force you to spread love. I am just able to do my small contribution, which has started to love myself. If you do yours, one day we will get a beautiful and warm mug of global love with all included, and free of charge.
