Let’s imagine going to the highest place we can think about, where oxygen becomes very rare, and therefore, we experience changes in our blood flow that may affect our body functioning. How could we deal with such a situation? If we step into a period of suffering we may get desperate, which could make things even worse for the moment. The only effective way to deal with the situation is stepping into our personal evolution, attaining higher levels of peace of mind to trigger the adaptation we need in order to get stronger and more resilient to environmental conditions.


Adaption is a key concept we need to learn and incorporate while facing darkness in the present moment. We need to look deep within, realising and understanding that the presence of darkness is an indication about environmental threats in the surroundings, or that environmental threats have been triggered by something that is in the surroundings.


Darkness is an organised global network, whose connections are not always crystal clear to the lens of our naked eyes. We need using our third eye to see the truth before the self, performing our body and mind training to prevent the knowledge of such truth from becoming a drawback, instead of being an asset that helps the understanding of life itself. Let’s remember we define the self, which means that the presence of darkness is something we need to face and deal with but, at the same time, it has no power to define us, no matter the circumstances.


The moment we realise how we can draw a suitable strategy to face darkness, considering the uniqueness of the self, it is the moment we understand the path towards a meaningful life and our personal evolution.
