While doing our daily activities we need to be focused on delivering everything we propose to with love. Sometimes challenges and difficulties we are facing in the present moment make us forget that, which is what darkness needs the most. In that moment we have to dress ourselves beautifully, shining the astonishing intelligence and wisdom we possess to remember how amazing we are. I particularly love that dress. There is always a beautiful light within, no matter the circumstances. When we keep consciousness at hand, tapping into our love nature, such light shines brightly and peace of mind is achieved. Let us remember that while facing darkness.


Facing darkness is not an easy task, and although it presents similar patterns associated with challenges and difficulties we are dealing with, there is also an uniqueness in the charge of the negative energy we have contact with. Darkness feeds on the fears and desires of each one of us, which are unique. If we desire something we are not able to achieve yet, the frustration we may feel while stepping into a period of suffering becomes the fuel for negative thoughts. If we fear that we are not capable of completing what we are doing, blocking our workflow suddenly, darkness would use this opportunity to discredit the hard work that has been done. Let us transform fear into motivation to do a good job.


Let us remember that the genuine love of others is with us. People who love us are secretly sending good vibrations and supporting what we are doing. People who love us are always happy when we are happy. People who love us are the inspiration we need the moment we fall down, stepping into a period of suffering with no perspective to see how to get out of it. Let us remember: no darkness is able to diminish the pure and genuine power of love.


The moment we realise how to keep consciousness at hand no matter the circumstances, it is the moment we understand the foundation of dealing with our own suffering.
