It’s important that we realise and understand what we’re facing and dealing with in the present moment, which implies in knowing the self in order to be able to deal better with anything from the outside aside from our love nature. There’s nothing we can do about the dishonour, dishonesty, and deception we may face in the environment we’re inserted into, although we can enhance the self by keeping consciousness at hand while observing, analysing, and understanding what happens in the present moment. There’s one thing that never changes: there’s no darkness before light.

When we finally get aware and awaken to what happens in the present moment, we start understanding the details of what we’re dealing with, and how strong we need to become in order to support the huge amount of negative energy we’ve contact with on a daily basis. All is a matter of drawing a suitable strategy that enables us to establish a solid foundation to stand up, strong and tall, no matter the circumstances.

It’s extremely hard to say that but, unfortunately, we need to get used to facing and dealing with dishonoured, dishonest, and deceptive behaviours. The majority of the time we would be facing them in an infinite number of variations and situations that it becomes hard to perform any conditioning of the self for doing so. We need to be conscious to identify the patterns and be aware and awaken of what we’re really facing and dealing with.

At some point in life we all would like to have our privacy, settling in a place we call home, starting and establishing a family on our own, all described by fundamental human rights present in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights signed by all state members of the United Nations. Although such a declaration is a recognition of the fundamental rights a person deserves, it represents no guarantee at all that all those listed rights will be secured, even within state members of the United Nations themselves. Thus, more important than knowing the list of fundamental human rights, it’s keeping consciousness at hand in order to be able to recognise the violations we’re subjected to, preventing the self from getting overwhelmed by observing those violations right before us, or experiencing them without any external support.

The moment we learn how to keep consciousness at hand to face and deal with violations of fundamental human rights without risking to be damaged by the need of dealing with dishonoured, dishonest, and deceptive people, behaviours, and environments, it’s the moment we understand the magnitude of the unlimited power we’ve deep within. We just need to keep consciousness at hand no matter the circumstances to realise and understand that.
