We’re astonishing creatures of love, who’re willing to cultivate and nurture the beautiful light we’ve deep within, even if we aren’t totally conscious about that. The problem starts when our unconscious mind gets influenced and conditioned by the negativity we’ve contact with in the environment we’re inserted into, and therefore, a period of suffering takes place and such negativity gets manifested through a bunch of negative emotions and brainless actions. What I’ve just described is the principle of embracing darkness and its negative conditioning. The only way to face the presence of darkness in the surroundings is keeping consciousness at hand, preventing the self from escalating the power of negative emotions that may lead to the execution of brainless actions. The moment we realise that, it’s the moment we understand why our worst enemy is our own suffering.

The fear of darkness and its current followers is vivid within the society we’re part of, which implies observing a lot of atrocities and brainless actions happening with no questions asked. People are getting used to living in the middle of a chaotic environment, where we can clearly observe luxury with extreme poverty as usual characteristics we find every single day walking through the streets and places where knowledge is disregarded and slavery values promoted.

We can only start to change the environment we’re inserted into when we get conscious of the need to release the self from the negative conditioning promoted by the presence of darkness in the surroundings, which implies the clear motivation of facing such a presence while treating everyone as equal. As a consequence, we can establish a solid foundation that enables us to step into the next stage of our personal evolution.

The more we realise who we really are, and what we can do when keeping consciousness at hand, the better we understand we can only change the outside when we genuinely strengthen our personal fortress from the inside out.
