Have you asked yourself why do we find ourselves angry or frustrated with someone or something unpleasant which has just happened? That is an essential question we need to answer before doing anything to start stepping into our personal evolution. I can tell that people are either afraid of the consequences, or unable to realise and understand that most of the time we punish ourselves based on the mistakes of someone else. Let’s start asking some interesting questions to ourselves: How many times have we been subjected to a discriminatory and racist behaviour and let negative emotions get manifested? How many times have we got frustrated because a person we’ve valued the most cheated on us while pretending nothing was happening? How many times have we seen two different people receiving two different charges committing exactly the same violation? How many time have we seen people being charged for violating no law, and people being discharged even with clear proof they’ve violated multiple laws at once? How many times have we changed our behaviour to prevent dealing with our own emotions? The moment we get answers for all the aforementioned questions, it’s the moment we perform the first and crucial step towards the understanding of our own suffering.

We need to start thinking outside the box in order to observe, analyse, and understand what really happens in the present moment. It’s only by waking up to such a fundamental move that we can start using our third eye to see what really happens deep within and in the surroundings. There’s no secret but the clear understanding of the different sources of negativity we need to deal with during our life journey.

It’s also essential finding a way to liberate the power of the mystical creature(s) we’ve deep within, understanding that we need to learn how to master our intrinsic ability to keep consciousness at hand, no matter the circumstances. It’s by using such an unlimited power dormant deep within that we can face the presence of darkness in the surroundings, dealing with any source of negative energy we’ve contact with in a conscious and meaningful way. The more powerful we become, the less we’re afraid or intimidated before someone or something emanating no energy aligned with our love nature. Let’s just remember Spiderman's most famous movie quote that says: “With great powers come great responsibilities”.
