It’s extremely important that we get aware of what happens in the present moment, understanding the current scenario we’re part of in the environment we’re inserted into. The issue we’re facing and dealing with is ancient, and the number of minds in suffering accepting illusions we’ve contact with has reached an unimaginable higher magnitude. Every time we observe a mind in suffering acting in an obnoxious way, e.g., violating fundamental human rights, we can take the opportunity to think about the scene and ask the whys concerning the disregard of caring about life as the ultimate goal. The moment we realise the reasons behind such a disregard, it’s the moment we understand the simple Buddha’s teaching that says: right is right even if we’re the only one doing that; and wrong is wrong, even if everyone else is doing that.


Attaining a higher degree of discernment concerning our intrinsic ability to keep consciousness at hand, being aware of what happens in the present moment, is essential to establish a solid foundation to step into our personal evolution. It’s by using such a discernment that we can realise and understand how to draw suitable strategies to deal with anything aside from our love nature, walking the path towards a meaningful life no matter the circumstances.


Let’s think about the difference between right or wrong, implying a clear understanding of such a difference. There’s no negotiation that makes right become wrong, and vice-versa. There’s just an observation of common laws, consensual rules, and respect for our personal space and uniqueness, which implies analysing a given situation from a non-judgemental perspective, being as much impartial as possible for the moment.


The better we understand the simple and universal rule specifying what honour really is, the easier it’s to accept nothing aside from our love nature and outside from a mandatory self-defence action to preserve life in a conscious and meaningful way. Let’s be conscious we can only manifest the unlimited power we’ve deep within to face a negative source of power before us, if and only if, in response to a brainless action with intention to cause harm towards either ourselves or another innocent being.
