Time is what we have the most when the goal is nurturing our love nature, and the well-being of our live vessel, which has the clear goal of achieving higher levels of peace of mind. We have to pay little or no attention to the outside, to negative criticism, to external opinion, or even judgements obnoxious people have in their minds about ourselves. It is pointless and useless to enforce the negative looping of self-deterioration, as we would be reaching the goal of what embracing suffering brings to the table. The more we get focused on enhancing the self, and our well-being, which means caring about life as the higher priority we have, the more we understand everything else gets in its place. Peace of mind is achieved, and we get access to the unlimited power we have inside, making time impermanent as the universe itself.

When we ask ourselves: what does support the self in the journey of living, and walking the path towards a meaningful life? The answer is clear as crystal: our live vessel. We need our body to perform our daily activities, and to experience the gift of life. Therefore, the higher priority we have is taking care of our live vessel, ensuring we get our body strongest as possible for the present moment, boosting our immune system in order to get ready for self-defence maneuvres. The more we get conscious that it is easy to be more focused on our mind training when our body is feeling awesome for the moment, the more we understand the symbiosis about body and mind training in the task of achieving higher levels of peace of mind.

Everything else we do, including our daily activities, depends on our body and mind. To move from one place to another, we require our body, which means we cannot leave our body in the closet to go out. To make decisions properly we need consciousness at hand, which means ruling our mind, and establishing a peaceful state for the present moment. As we could see, we disregards the importance of our body and mind in our life, and it is an ancient knowledge disseminated through Buddha's teachings for a very long time.

If we are feeling miserable while experiencing a period of suffering, the first things we have to concentrate on are getting our body comfortable, and our mind at peace for the moment. After that, movements become easy, and decisions clearly to be performed. Instead of thinking about losing time, we would make the most of it.

The moment we realise we have the power to face anything, from anywhere, and at any circumstances, with the unlimited power we have inside, it is the moment we understand what the role of time is in the journey towards the path of a meaningful life.
