Life is something we have to live and adapt to the conditions we are experiencing in the present moment. However, adaptation does not mean losing our love nature, and the care about life that is imprinted deep within. Adaptation means establishing a bond with nature, a strong connection with the natural resources we have contact with, enabling the survival and evolution even when environment conditions are extremely harsh to deal with. The more we realise we do not need to become "sand" to survive, the more we understand we can use it as an element of our mind and body training.

It is easy to picture how hard training could be on sand, as we have no solid ground to step into, which means we need more effort to move on. If you have no idea what I am talking about, I recommend you searching for "physical training on sand", or visiting a beach with sand to get the proper understanding within your own perspective and relativity. The more we start easing the move on sand, the stronger we become on moving through surfaces that need less effort from our body, which implies more confidence to our mind on pushing our limits no matter the challenge we need to surpass.

The results of training on conditions we need to adapt to enable the self to get a proper understanding about how strong our mind and body could be. I do it often, and through my experiences, I could recommend training your mind and body together, in conditions where you would have more difficulties to move on.

At first, it may be unbearable to face such harsh conditions. However, with the passage of time, acquisition of knowledge and experience, what could be seen by naked eyes as difficult, can be experienced by our third eye as stages of evolution. Buddha, the enlightened one, transmits the sense of adaptation and surpassing our own limits through his teachings, when he speaks about dealing with obnoxious situations, and understanding suffering that may emerge from it. Taming the unconscious mind to face any environment conditions leading to suffering is unleashing the power of the mind in a conscious and controlled way.

With no consciousness at hand, walking through an environment with harsh conditions becomes a huge challenge, a difficult task, and sometimes, a source triggering negative emotions within. If we know how to align the experience with our love nature, and get the most beneficial results from it, our body becomes strong like a rock, and our mind incredible like a sword with a reverse blade.
