It’s extremely important to realise and understand the environment we’re inserted into in order to measure how toxic such an environment is to our self-development and personal evolution. Keeping consciousness at hand, and performing our body and mind training, is a way of preventing the self to be contaminated by the amount of negative energy we’ve contact with, at the same time that it enables the self to channel such negativity to apply defensive manoeuvres against anyone or anything attempting to cause harm towards us or innocent people alongside us. Measuring the toxicity of the environment we’re inserted into is something easy, we just need to get statistics concerning its development status. The less developed an environment we’re inserted into is, the more inner strength it requires to keep consciousness at hand and walk the path towards a meaningful life no matter the circumstances.
It’s crystal clear we need to be aware and awaken to what happens in the present moment, identifying the presence of darkness in the surroundings, and drawing suitable strategies to walk the path towards a meaningful life no matter the circumstances. We need to realise what we’re facing and dealing with in the environment we’re inserted into, implying in identifying how dishonoured, dishonest, and deceptive people can be when interacting with one another, and therefore, understanding how toxic such an environment is to our self-development and personal evolution.
Let’s be aware of and understand easy metrics related to the environment we’re inserted into, such as: (1) the level of equal treatment; (2) the level of cooperation among people; (3) the level of empathy; (4) the level of care about life and others; (5) the level of infrastructure development; (6) the level of healthcare availability; and (7) the level of education of people. When we put those metrics together, we can better analyse and understand the level of toxicity we need to deal with in an environment we’re inserted into, implying from a more discriminatory community to a less resourceful and educated one. Observing the environment we’re inserted into from the lens of those metrics also enables us to adapt our training to improve the hardening of our body and mind regarding the worst aspects of what we’re facing and dealing with in the present moment.
The more aware we’re about how toxic the environment we’re inserted into is, the better we understand how to perform our body and mind training in order to step into our personal evolution in a conscious and meaningful way.
