Learning how to enhance our inner strength, concentration, and peace of mind are essential assets we need to keep at hand in order to visualise the vast number of possibilities we’ve before us, mainly when using our third eye to see the truth through the illusions we’ve contact with in the environment we’re inserted into. It’s only when we start growing from the inside out, stepping into our personal evolution and letting the environment we’re inserted into have little or no influence on our decisions, that we can understand our alignment with our love nature and the universe itself makes us more connected with nature and the environment we’re inserted into, if and only if, such environment is also emanating the conscious and meaningful energy of love. Embracing darkness is as easy as eating a type of food the taste is appealing to us yet bad for our health, while keeping consciousness at hand and walking the path towards a meaningful life are conscious choices we perform with no regrets of facing the presence of darkness in the surroundings, no matter the circumstances.

Being aware of what happens in the present moment is something we need to wake up and see through the lens of our third eye. We need to learn how to segregate the truth from the illusions we’ve contact with, even if we’re the only one capable of seeing it properly. The idea isn’t establishing an absolute truth, in which we’re the only who’s able to acquire knowledge of but becoming inquisitive and observing what happens in the present moment, mainly when in contact with anything aside from our love nature. A strong yet peaceful posture enables us to navigate through the realm of hatred culture and negativity without getting contaminated and brainwashed to accept things not aligned with our love nature.

The essential lesson of facing the presence of darkness in the surroundings is using the wonderful Buddha’s teaching about using whatever we see reflected into the mirror in our favour. We need to think a bit about our need to look into the mirror, and why we’ve created a habit of doing it, which implies using reflexive surfaces to check whether we’re looking good. What we see reflected in the mirror is really who we’re, is it just a snapshot of the mix of energies we’re experiencing, or is it a distortion caused by the surface we’re in front of? Are we feeling wonderful, a total disaster, or something in between? Could we explain why we’re feeling that way? Let’s think about that with proper care and using the natural ability of being conscious and inquisitive.

The moment we realise what the mirror is, and what we see can be totally true, partially true, or a complete illusion, it’s the moment we understand our true power doesn’t come from what we see but what we really are and feel when totally aligned with our love nature.
