When we’re facing darkness it’s important we get prepared to deal with discrimination, indifference, racism, and any type of negativity people have been conditioned to enrol in. It’s essential we perform our body and mind training to diminish the negativity we may generate deep within when in the face of such awful outcomes coming from a discriminatory group. And it gets worse when we find out that, most of the time, such type of discriminatory protocol is performed by members of the state promoting the cult of discrimination/racism themselves. Thus, attaining higher levels of peace of mind while facing darkness is the only way to keep walking the path towards a meaningful life no matter the circumstances.

The moment we identify that members of the stateรข€”who’re paid with taxes we give to the state in exchange for the provision of public servicesรข€”are promoting a discriminatory/racist ideology, it’s the moment we understand how important it’s to attain higher levels of peace of mind while facing darkness in the present moment.

If we’re not rich (from a material-values’ perspective), which makes us almost independent from the state we’re living in the present moment, having to deal with discrimination and racism coming from someone associated with the state itself is extremely challenging, requiring a huge motivation to keep walking the path towards a meaningful life. We need to find that motivation deep within, even if we get to be in the possession of a huge amount of material values yet sharing kindness and compassion towards others with the majority of the population not aligned with the ideology of discrimination and racism all along the way.

We need to remove attachment from ourselves, accepting and understanding we cannot control things on the outside. Instead, we need to start performing our body and mind training to enhance the control we’ve on the self, both tapping to and manifesting the unlimited power we’ve dormant deep within.

The moment we realise how to step out of our own suffering, which means removing the influence of the negative conditioning we’re subjected to from the self, it’s the moment we understand how unlimited the power we’ve deep within is, enabling the self to walk the path towards a meaningful life no matter the circumstances.
