Instead of grasping negativity we have contact with, embracing suffering, and doing brainless actions, we can channel all that negativity into motivation to enhance the self. Instead of focusing on the outside, the challenges and difficulties we are facing in the present moment, let us focus on self-evolution, hardening, strengthening, and sharpening our body and mind. The mindset is not making what is on the outside weaker but our beautiful light stronger and resilient. The more we do that, the more we get prepared to deal with darkness and truly understand our own suffering.

Trust no one…that is one of the most important Buddha’s teachings. The interpretation has nothing to do with negativity but it is the foundation to be resilient, preventing the self to step into a period of suffering even when someone we care about becomes responsible for plotting on our backs. We need to attain higher levels of peace of mind to deal with any obnoxious situations, looking at the scene with an impartial perspective, implying trusting only what we can attest on our own.

The moment we blindly trust someone plotting on our back, it is the moment we step into a period of suffering, being clouded by fabricated illusions we have contact with. Instead of experiencing such a period of suffering, we have to evaluate our own perspective and relativity to identify, recognise, and understand every single spot darkness may be hidden in, every single possibility associated with any kind of negative conditioning we are subjected to, and every single person we have any kind of relation with. By doing that, we are capable of establishing genuine connections by sharing the beautiful light we have within, no matter what we receive from the outside.

Let us remember that no one is capable of living a life on the behalf of the self. Therefore, no one is capable of dealing with darkness and understanding suffering from our own perspective and relativity. The moment we realise the only thing we can trust is our own consciousness, it is the moment we understand the foundation of our true and unlimited power.
