Experiencing human rights violations is not something we have to get used to but it is something we need to learn how to be resilient against. If your human rights have been violated, the most effective strategy begins in identifying the patterns utilised in the observed violation(s). Increasing both physical and mental strength is a good way to support attaining higher levels of peace of mind.
Keeping consciousness at hand is the foundation to deal with any type of violation of our fundamental rights. The moment we let the unconscious mind get on the driver’s seat, it is the moment we are double charged by all negativity we have contact with. It means that we experience the violation of our human rights, and by stepping into a period of suffering, embracing the negative conditioning we are subjected to, we get penalised by having a negative reaction.
As a consequence, we need to understand and deal with our own suffering in order to clearly identify the patterns associated with every type of violation we are subjected to. It is by doing such fundamental steps that we can enhance both physical and mental strength to apply self-defence manoeuvres at the right moment if, and only if, required to.
Darkness plays a dirty game, which means that we need to get specialised on preventing the dirty to influence the self in any aspect of our life. The moment we realise that, it is the moment we understand why only an honourable person can tap into the unlimited power we have inside, attaining higher levels of peace of mind to face darkness no matter the circumstances.
