Achieving balance requires a conscious observation of the experience of suffering, which enables the self to identify, recognise, and understand the true meaning of a meaningful life. Apart from common sense, balance is not a static state but an incremental and impermanent one, which means we have to keep changing in order to attain higher levels of peace of mind. There is no salvation in darkness while a full, wide, and conscious view of what we have within and in the surroundings gets opened the moment we understand the unlimited power we have inside.


A fundamental understanding we have to achieve on our own is that there is no salvation in darkness. The moment we embrace it we become a slave. A slave of our own suffering, and the suffering of the ones surrounding us. The ones who share the same fate unconsciously. In darkness, which has its foundation in suffering, life is disregarded and the grasp feeling of vengeance manifested. The implication is the commitment of actions unconsciously, following a negative conditioning we are subjected to. The capability of attaining higher levels of peace of mind is replaced by the requirement of developing negative emotions to practise acts in cold blood.


Wars, tragedies, discrimination, and all the atrocities we have observed and continue to observe in the environment we are inserted into are related to darkness. The moment we wake-up to realise and understand we are grasping illusions with no understanding, it is the moment we know the true source of suffering, and how we can perform our body and mind training to diminish and confine its influence within our own perspective and relativity.


The conscious one is capable of accessing a huge natural and unlimited power hidden within, which is aligned with the universe itself. Planets, nature, sentient beings, life itself, and all of the universe keep generating energy we can acquire and use to step into our personal evolution.


The moment we realise we have no access to such an unlimited power while embracing darkness, it is the moment we understand why the access and use of such a power hidden deep within requires great responsibility.
