Recognising the presence of darkness in the surroundings is fundamental to be in the present moment, understanding what happens before us in a conscious and meaningful way. Any negativity we experience is related to darkness. As a consequence of such deep understanding, it becomes our duty to make an effort and not embrace darkness while being subjected to the negative conditioning during our life journey. Let’s just remember an awareness tip that may prevent us from opening room for negative emotions settling down deep within: if we excel into something, there’s a considerable probability that someone, somewhere, would be upset or jealous with our success and personal achievements. Thus, instead of getting angry and furious with a dishonoured, dishonest, and deceptive situation, which implies self-punishment, it’s much more beneficial to get prepared and be soft with the self when noticing that something negative is in place. The higher our peace of mind is, the stronger we become, enabling us to genuinely make conscious and meaningful decisions no matter the circumstances.


Let’s step out from the negative conditioning that says we need to experience something negative in order to get a positive outcome. It’s a big lie propaganda that spread itself around the globe; something non sense at all to a conscious mind. We may face any source of negativity from time to time, and we cannot be totally immune to that. However, the less negativity we need to deal with, the more time we have for performing something positive, meaningful, beneficial, and extraordinary. Based on such an argument, and using reasonable and clear logical thinking, we may infer that the less negativity we experience, the easier it’s to produce positive, fast, and impactful results through our natural abilities and learned capabilities combined. The problem is still the presence of darkness in the surroundings, i.e., the useless moments we stop everything we’re doing to deal with things that bring little or no enhancement to our personal evolution.


Next time a negative scenario presents itself before us, let’s remember to breathe and acquire priceless pieces of knowledge from periods that are neither productive nor beneficial to self. The positive side is: at least we become more experienced in how to step into higher levels of peace of mind if we manage to keep consciousness at hand during any situation aside from our love nature.
