How strong do you think you’re? It’s time to find out and understand whether we can handle the situation with the skills we already possess or need to acquire more knowledge in order to deal with such a situation right from where we stand. The first step for doing that is building up confidence. Confidence is the foundation for anything we do in life, and it’s through confidence that we can eliminate the fear of learning something new even when we have added more numbers and decades in our age. The first crucial tip for building confidence is understanding what needs to be done, step by step. Before starting practising right away, let’s try to create a mind map to answer four essential questions: (1) What’s the goal for doing what we’re about to do? (2) Where do we start? (3) What is the purpose of the transitions we need to do, from the start to the end? (4) What is the result (and possible variations) that we may attain when finishing what we’re about to do? When we got those four questions clearly answered in our mind, we would be much more confident to perform the practices, repetitions, and refinements until starting nailing the skill acquired. Another important tip is not listening to negative criticism. Let negative criticism come and go like the wind or the current of water we observe in a river. Let’s remember: the one who steps into the path of their own evolution instead of being conditioned can always keep consciousness at hand, no matter the circumstances.
Let’s get intimidated by the presence of darkness no more. It’s important to fear no one or nothing during our life journey, and such a state is a lot easier to attain than we may think it is. The golden rule and master recipe is constant knowledge acquisition. Even when we cannot acquire knowledge from the sources we would like to acquire, it’s essential to keep motivated and focused on walking towards our personal evolution, making progress, step by step, and on our own if required for the moment. Learning is the key that opens a book of possibilities and applicability for the knowledge we already possess. Sometimes we would face harsh and difficult situations yet it’s during those periods that we can take advantage of the challenge to surpass our own limits.
If the negative feeling of fear is making room deep within, let’s try to repeat every single day, or in a pace we find useful and suitable for us: “I’m stronger than I think I am, knowing more today than I knew yesterday. No fear will dominate or control me when facing the unknown.”. Let’s find out and understand who we really are, establishing a solid and fearless foundation to walk the path towards a meaningful life, cultivating and nurturing the beautiful light we’ve deep within.
