We have to open a bridge to our spirit, to our soul, to our bright world within our mind. It is a complex construction to make, it takes time, and it requires a lifetime maintenance. Sometimes the bridge is closed for deep reparation, which may require modification on the structure to keep it working. It takes time as we build it alone. It takes time as time is what dictates the progress, and states the impermanence of the connection.

We are stronger than we realise at first. We are in a constant multitask world, where we try to do multiple things, in a context switching approach. While we are switching contexts we are in a place where the task at hand does not offer us any visible output as a usable result, but disturbances can affect the performance of the task in the context we are jumping into.

When we focus on something specific, with no need to context switch, we can experience a journey to the other side of the bridge. A journey that brings the conscious knowledge to the unconscious domain. A journey, which is required by the automation of our abilities, the automation of our reactions to the stimuli from the outside world. A journey that may bring us to experience the full capacity of our senses, the full capacity of our abilities, the full capacity of ourselves.

We tap into our instincts, the connection between body and soul, brain and mind, the omnipresence of the mind over the specific reality we experience from our observer’s position, our own relativity. Some cartoons provide a good representation of the power of our mind, such as the ‘Ultra Instinct’ in Dragon Ball series, and the ‘Avatar State’ in both The Last Airbender and The Legend of Korra series. As well represented in the aforementioned series, it is difficult to control our full capacity, our fast, raw, no reasoning mind state. However, in a world full of darkness we need such a state more than ever.

It is with our ‘Ultra Instinct’, our ‘Avatar State’, we are able to tap into the ancient knowledge present into our DNA, the knowledge from our past generations, the knowledge about the different forms of darkness, our love and compassion nature, and the conflict, the clash among dark and light.

It is with our ‘Ultra Instinct’, our ‘Avatar State’, we are able to face an army of negativity with dirt all around. We become unpredictable, we become powerful, we become a target to be explored, a “thing” to be enslaved.

We need mind training to be conscious about the moment we enter in our ‘Ultra Instinct’, our ‘Avatar State’, as we need control of our full capacity to face the magnitude of negativity from the outside world. That is our lifetime training, that is our lifetime commitment, and that is our lifetime practise.
