At the deepest place of ourselves is located the headwaters of our genuine love. A natural place full of colour, where life spreads itself into all directions within our body. It is the starting point of our strength, the source of energy flow of our strong and brave waterfall. The headwaters of love are always there, we just need to recognise their flow and embrace their ability to renew, reinvent, and rebird the full capacity of our genuine instincts.

How many times have you thought to give up? How many times have you thought the situation is too tough to deal with? How many times have you felt lost and unsupported? How many times have you lost hope in your own path, and your own decisions? Doubt is part of life; doubt is present to challenge our capability to surpass the obstacles we face. To doubt ourselves is to acknowledge there is room for improvement, there is room to become better and confident.

The improvement of the self, the enhancement of our human abilities, is a solo journey full of doubts and challenges. It is a journey in the search of knowledge, a journey of discovery and adaptation to the present, to the impermanence of events around. It is the path of a Buddha with the recognition that matters: our own. To be recognised by another means nothing if the improvements we make does not resonate peacefully, gently, and brightly deep inside.

When we see a waterfall we could say, at first, the strength of the water’s flow is only associated with the height of each cascade of the formation. We simply forget to account for the strength of the source. As a source of life itself, our strength of genuine love comes from inside, a source of love that pumps life throughout our body, the love that shines our live vessel with the beautiful, and unique, light the world has ever seen.

The most dangerous enemy we can face is our ignorance to not recognise how wonderful and resourceful we are. The moment we open our eyes to diminish such ignorance, it is the moment we start to pay less and less attention to the criticism and negative sources that come from the outside.
