We all have to balance the positive and negative charges of our existence in order to walk our path, step by step, in advance to the light, to the achievement of our own enlightenment.

The natural flow of events, the birth, the development, and finally the death, bring us positive and negative experiences alongside. We cultivate love and compassion to light our path, to allow dealing with negativity, and to understand the victories and defeats we suffer in life are just lessons we have to incorporate, in order to get up and face new challenges with more knowledge.

In the observer’s perspective of our own relativity we see the world through a unique sight. A sight, which requires trustworthiness into our senses, our instincts, our ability to receive all the stimuli from the environment to be processed in a proper way. Those stimuli can be natural or artificial, positive or negative, constructive or destructive, visible or invisible. It is our duty to differentiate the good, the bad, and the ugly to mould the way we react back to the environment. It is indeed hard work, and there is always a better approach to the strategy we have decided to use. That is the natural course of living in the present moment, in the impermanence of the universe.

Sometimes we get into the trap of the negativity’s influence. We get contaminated by anger, hate, indifference, and discrimination we see on the news, and we may experience within the environment we live. If we use a metaphor, we can say we react the way our enemy is pleased to see, the way such an enemy has made a huge effort in the conditioning of our movement in the battlefield, the orchestration of our defeat by our own failures.

The needs of mind training are clear. We need to perform mind training to reduce the probability to get into a trap of our negative emotions. We need to perform mind training to cultivate a genuine love and compassion attitude towards ourselves and others. We need to perform mind training to get conscious in every aspect we experience in our life.

We are human beings and we are prone to error. It is nature, it is normal, it is human. If we use our intelligence to perform a reflection about the negativity we experience within the environment we live, we may realise jealousy and negativity are derived from ignorance to appreciate intelligence, a capability every human being is able to develop but few are able to achieve mastery, due to their own motivation.
