Negative criticism is a spear we need to learn how to deal with, whether we’ve mastered our sword to cut through ignorance already, or being barehand and using body moves only to perform defensive manoeuvres against spear strikes delivered in an attempt to cause us harm. Let us remember that dealing with negativity is a game of chess played on a dance floor. We need to choose the right moves that are in the rhythm of the music being played yet learning how to break the rhythm and change the pace of our movements to highlight our strengths while diminishing our weaknesses. Let’s keep performing our body and mind training while learning how to enhance the self to cultivate and nurture the beautiful light we’ve deep within.

Dealing with negative criticism requires courage and strength, which is a duty of performing our body and mind training, as well as learning how to sharpen and swing our sword in a conscious and meaningful way. The spear of negative criticism may be long and sharp yet it has a clear weakness: the longer the spear, the easier it’s to break it at least in half, making it lose its sharpened edge.

Let get neither down nor intimidated by any type of negativity we’ve contact with in the environment we’re inserted into. The more confident we become, the easier it gets to master our sword and dance the dance that characterises the astonishing steps towards our personal evolution.
