It’s indeed disappointing and disgusting to face the worst side of human beings, and that may generate a huge amount of negativity. As expected, the manifestation of such negativity is the goal of hatred culture, which exhibits behaviours of jokers and trinksters feeding human stupidity to reach unimaginable levels. Sometimes it’s good to ask the self the following question: What could we do if we get to sit in the ruling position of a state we’re inserted into? There’s nothing we can do against stupidity, and therefore, people need to wake up to avoid becoming a slave of their own suffering. We’re also powerless while observing people being careless regarding the life of others, in spite of the fact we can be prepared to deal with the situation if the harmful action comes towards our direction. Standing strong and tall before discrimination, human stupidity, or any type of violation of fundamental human rights is a duty to pursue on our own. And such a duty remains even if everyone else in the surroundings is conditioned to harm others. From time to time it’s also good to think of the following scenario: How would our life be if we keep living in the middle of nature in a similar way to ancient times? Two possibilities are considered: if human stupidity hits the same level we observe today, the environment could be a lot worse, and maybe, nature would be vanished at a faster pace; on the other hand, if people who put high priority on both education and knowledge gets to thrive and dictate the directions of modern society, we could be better integrated into the ecosystem, living in a more symbiotic way with nature and other species, and promoting advances in science and technology we cannot even picture in the present moment. Let’s keep consciousness at hand, live the present moment, and hope knowledge and light surpass darkness, eventually.

We hear a lot about the need to connect with nature, and how good it’s for our well-being to do that. Although such a piece of advice sounds right and good, how much are we willing to genuinely do that? The truth is: the majority of us aren't prepared. For millennia we were conditioned to keep distance from other species, or enslaving them to serve as pets, food, or source of entertainment. With the passage of years nature gets devastated and destroyed in the name of building more comfortable shelters for the human species.  The amount of space we occupy, as well as the area and resources we locked in to our exclusive use have forced animals to struggle and adapt to the new conditions, sometimes migrating to a less suitable environment that offers more dangerous situations to their survival.

It’s just by coincidence ( or not) that now human beings are behaving with other human beings the same way some of our ancestors behaved with other animals they both feared and fed on. People are forced to be slaves of their own suffering, and therefore, less and less capable of connecting properly and genuinely with nature. It’s up to us to stop such a deteriorative path modern society is heading towards.

The moment we realise how beneficial it’s to wake up and start our awakening process, it’s the moment we understand why we’re still far from attaining a global consciousness to make this planet a better place to live for every sentient being.
