It’s extremely important to keep consciousness at hand and not get intimidated by the presence of darkness in the surroundings. It’s also important that we realise and understand what we’re facing, which implies knowing exactly what needs to be done when the time comes to deal with obnoxious situations before us. The solution we’ve at hand may be harsh and hard yet the compensation is exponentially better than the situation we’re dealing with right now. A mind in suffering that fabricates the illusion of being a member of a superior race may bounce, disturb, create chaos, or do whatever they want to do to cause harm to others. Our duty is only securing our personal space and physical integrity of ourselves and any innocent people close to us. If, and only if, some dishonoured, dishonest, and deceptive people attempt to trespass the limits of our personal space—implying an attempt to cause us harm—that we’ve all the rights to apply defensive manoeuvres to prevent, stop, and end any deteriorative and injurious actions either in course or about to be committed. Learning how to defend the self is essential to support keeping consciousness at hand no matter the circumstances. The more knowledge we acquire to defend the self while facing the unknown, the easier it’s to get frightened no more by the presence of darkness in the surroundings.
Have you ever heard the sentence “Are you ready?” in your life before? When we hear such a sentence we start internally evaluating all the knowledge we’ve acquired that is related to the context of the aforementioned question posed. When we start understanding our own suffering, we’re ready to start keeping consciousness at hand no matter the circumstances. When we start recognising the presence of darkness in the surroundings after being able to keep consciousness at hand, we’re ready to deal with the situation in a meaningful way. When we start combining the wisdom acquired from our own periods of suffering, and the wisdom obtained by observing what happens on the outside, we’re ready to channel any negativity we’ve contact with to boost our intrinsic ability to cultivate and nurture the beautiful light we’ve deep within, becoming more and more aligned with our love nature. Let’s ask ourselves: “Am I ready?”.
If we find out we’re still not ready to deal with any situation before us, let's continue to perform our body and mind training in order to step into higher stages of our personal evolution. The moment we feel we’re ready, it’s the moment we understand who we really are.
